The EKI-1528I-DR and EKI-1528CI-DR are equipped with two independent Ethernet ports and unique MAC addresses, ensuring a robust and redundant network setup. Return & Exchange Policy for Non-Defective Return
If you wish to return or exchange a non-defective device or item then the following points must be adhered to:
- Must be within 14 days of invoice date.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- All original boxes, packaging, documentation, and accessories must be returned in the same condition they were received.
